One of my favorite foods is pizza, a culinary creation that combines a crispy crust with tomato sauce, melted cheese, and a variety of delicious toppings. To make it, dough is prepared with flour, water, yeast, and salt. Then, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chosen ingredients like pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers are spread over the dough. The pizza is baked until the cheese melts and the edges of the crust turn golden and crispy.

What I love most about pizza is its versatility and ability to satisfy different cravings. You can customize it with your favorite ingredients, making it an adaptable choice. Additionally, pizza is comforting and perfect for sharing with friends and family on any occasion.

In terms of health, I am aware of its calorie and fat content, so I consume it in moderation. Balancing it with a nutritious diet is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

 My favorite piece of technology is the cellphone. I use it to stay connected with friends and family through calls and messages, as well as to keep up with current news and events through social media and news apps. Additionally, the phone is essential for work, enabling me to send emails, conduct video conferences, and access important documents anytime, anywhere. It also serves as a source of entertainment, allowing me to enjoy movies, music, and games, and capture special moments with its high-quality camera. This piece of technology has streamlined daily tasks, from managing calendars to online shopping and navigation. Its impact on my life is undeniable, enhancing efficiency and convenience in almost every area. I highly recommend the use of cellphones as they are a powerful and essential tool in the modern era, transforming the way we live and communicate.

When I was a child, I didn't think much about my future. I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but it was a passing thought. When applying to college, I considered careers in film and audiovisual due to my interest in video editing, and I also thought about astronomy because of my fascination with space. However, a conversation with my sister led me to choose anthropology as it aligned with my love for language and history since school.

My university experience has had its ups and downs. Adapting to the distance and the structure has been a challenge, but interactions with the staff and intriguing course content make it rewarding.

As for my future, it's uncertain. I would like to continue being an anthropologist and see where the path leads.

My name is Christian Osvaldo Soto Oliva. I came into the world on January 9, 2004, in the Quinta Normal district of Santiago. I completed my primary education at Los Francos School, while my high school years were spent at Benjamin Franklin High School. Today, I am immersed in the field of anthropology at the University of Chile, where I continue to pursue my passion for understanding cultures and societies.

Even though my family is quite extensive, including cousins and other relatives, my core family consisted of my parents, three older siblings, my paternal aunt, and grandmother. Recently, things have changed as I had to face the passing of my grandmother and my move to a new house.

During my leisure time, I immerse myself in mystery books, enjoy movies and series on digital platforms, and engage on social networks. My computer editing skills are another one of my passions. I also enjoy going on trips with family and friends. I can't forget to mention my pets, two mischievous but comforting dogs who have been my companions in difficult moments.
